Information You Provide

When you email support, Blacktzel receives your email address and the information you choose to send, such as a description of an issue or screenshots. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details, or unrelated sensitive information.

If account features are enabled, the app may process the account information you provide to support access to those features.

Learning Progress And Preferences

Tarotingo may store lesson completion, quiz results, learning progress, and app preferences to support your learning experience. Where these are stored only on your device, they are not necessarily available to Blacktzel. If account or synchronization features are enabled, relevant progress and preferences may be processed by those services to save or sync your learning activity.

App Usage And Technical Information

Where diagnostics are enabled or shared with support, technical information may include device model, iOS and app versions, crash reports, or error details. Limited feature-usage information may be processed if enabled to understand technical problems and improve lessons or reliability. This does not mean every category is collected in every version of the app.

How Information Is Used

Information is used as applicable to provide learning features, preserve progress and preferences, verify premium access, respond to requests, troubleshoot problems, and maintain app security and reliability. Optional features and device privacy settings may affect what information is available.

Purchases And Subscriptions

Apple processes App Store payments. Blacktzel does not directly process your Apple payment card information. Where premium purchases are offered, the app or its purchase-support services may process transaction identifiers and purchase or subscription status to verify access and restore eligible purchases. Apple handles information under its own privacy policies.

Third-Party Services And Disclosure

Where used, providers supporting hosting, email support, diagnostics, or purchase verification may process information needed for those functions. Apple services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address security incidents or protect legal rights. This policy does not assert that advertising or cross-app tracking is enabled.

Retention And Security

Information held by Blacktzel is retained for the purposes described here and for applicable legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Retention may differ for support correspondence, purchase verification records, and locally stored progress.

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information under Blacktzel's control, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Do not share account passwords or payment credentials with support.

Your Choices And Rights

You can contact blacktzel@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held by Blacktzel, and portability or other rights where applicable law provides them. We may need to verify the request and explain any lawful retention requirements. You may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.

Use available app and device settings to manage permissions or stored information. The Data Deletion page explains how to submit a request. Apple-controlled records and device-only data may require action through Apple or your device.

Children's Privacy

Parents or guardians with concerns about a child's information should contact blacktzel@gmail.com. If we learn that information was collected from a child without consent required by applicable law, we will take steps to address it, including deletion where required. Please consult the current App Store age rating and supervise purchases as appropriate.
