How To Request Deletion

1. Email blacktzel@gmail.com.

2. Use the subject "Tarotingo Data Deletion Request".

3. Identify the data you want deleted and provide the email address or app account identifier involved, if applicable. Do not send passwords or full payment details.

4. Blacktzel will review your request, ask for clarification or verification if needed, and process it as required by applicable law.

Information Covered

Requests can cover support correspondence and, where held by Blacktzel, account information, saved learning progress, preferences, or other personal information associated with Tarotingo. We can only delete information within our control.

Verification And Processing

We may verify your identity or authority before acting to prevent unauthorized deletion. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain if more information is needed or if a legal exception applies. Deletion of saved progress may be irreversible.

Device-Only Information

If progress or preferences are stored only on your device, Blacktzel may not have access to them. Use available app or device controls to remove that information. Contact support before deleting the app if you want to understand the effect on progress or any backups.

Apple Purchase Records And Subscriptions

Apple controls its App Store purchase records. Blacktzel cannot delete Apple-controlled records; related requests may need to be directed to Apple. Deleting app data or emailing Blacktzel does not cancel an Apple-billed subscription. Manage cancellation in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Retention Exceptions

Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, or other grounds permitted by applicable law. Where an exception affects your request, we will explain it. Backup copies, if any, may remain until their normal deletion cycle, subject to applicable requirements.
