Tarotingo
End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement describes your permitted use of Tarotingo. It applies alongside any Apple license terms applicable to your download and does not replace mandatory App Store usage rules or consumer rights.

Blacktzel grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use Tarotingo for personal educational use on compatible Apple devices you own or control, subject to applicable App Store usage rules. Sharing permitted by those rules is not restricted by this agreement.
Restrictions
Do not redistribute, sell, sublicense, or modify the app without permission, or bypass access controls. Do not reverse engineer or extract source code except where applicable law permits it. Use must respect others' rights and must not compromise app security.
Ownership
Tarotingo is licensed, not sold. Blacktzel and its licensors retain rights in the software, lesson materials, quizzes, design, and branding. This license does not transfer ownership of app content.
Updates
Updates may fix errors, revise lessons, or change features and compatibility requirements. Some services may require an updated version. New features remain subject to this license unless separate terms apply.
User Content And Data
If you submit content or use saved-progress features, you retain rights in your own submissions. You allow processing needed to operate those features and provide support, where applicable. The Privacy Policy explains information handling; the Data Deletion page explains requests. Device-only information may be lost when app data is removed.
Third-Party Services
Apple and any other services available through the app have their own applicable terms. This license does not grant rights to third-party services beyond those terms. Blacktzel provides Tarotingo support at blacktzel@gmail.com.
Termination
You may stop using Tarotingo and remove it at any time. Blacktzel may terminate this license for a material violation, subject to applicable law. When the license ends, stop using the app. Subscription cancellation must still be handled through Apple.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific learning results. Tarotingo is educational and informational, not professional advice. Statutory warranties and remedies remain where they cannot be excluded.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blacktzel excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses from use of the app. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or overrides mandatory consumer protections.
