Use Of The App

You may use Survival Kitchen only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for your activity in the app and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Kitchen, Food, And Preparedness Information

Survival Kitchen may provide planning, storage, meal, pantry, or preparedness information. The app is for general informational and organizational purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, emergency, safety, or professional advice.

You are responsible for checking food safety, ingredient suitability, allergies, expiration dates, storage requirements, emergency guidance, and any other real-world decisions before relying on information in the app.

Accounts And User Content

If account or saved-content features are available, you are responsible for the information you add to the app. You grant Blacktzel the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and sync that content so the app can function.

Paid Features

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed through Apple and your App Store account settings.

Intellectual Property

Survival Kitchen, including its design, code, branding, text, and features, is owned by Blacktzel or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Availability And Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacktzel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Survival Kitchen.
