What May Be Deleted
- Account profile information, where account features are enabled
- Saved app content associated with your account, where applicable
- Support request history that is no longer needed
- Other personal information Blacktzel is not required to retain
Verification
We may need to verify your identity or account ownership before deleting information. This helps protect your data from unauthorized requests.
Retention Exceptions
Some records may be retained where required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, backup integrity, or App Store transaction records.
Timing
We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and will confirm when the request has been completed or explain if more information is needed.
